3rd Cowherds run to Chilworth
10th Cowherds for run to sports centre for hill training
17th Cowherds for interval run
24th Lodge Rd to church rd for hills.
31st Aug Bank holiday , no run.

All runs leave the Solent university at 7pm prompt.
Aug 5th* RR10 Fleming Park, 7.15pm
Aug 12th* Two bridges
Aug 19th RR10 IBM Hursley 7.15pm. There is a bar and food to purchase after the run.
Aug 26th Fastback

*For those not taking part in the RR10 a group will also meet at the Solent University at the usual time for a social run

Saturday Runs
Hilly trails with some speedwork sessions meet at the main entrance to the Sports Centre, opposite the Sporting View, Southampton Sports Centre, 9 am. start.

Comfy Runs for new runners

Runs take place on Mondays leaving from the Cowherds at 18.15
Please turn up in good time, dressed ready to start the run - leave your outer layers at home of in your car!
Each run is being led by experienced running sisters coaches

Monday Runs:-
The Monday runs are replaced by the beginners course on June 1st,8th and 15th. Please continue taking part if you can as helpers. 6.30pm .
Run before the course At Tauntons gate leaving at 5.45pm prompt.
June 22nd Bitterne train station for Hill work, 6pm
June 29th Victoria country park by the duck pond for speed work 6pm.

All runs leave the Solent university at 7pm prompt.
3rd RR10. Deer Leap Inclosure, Ashurst, 7.30pm . Running sisters Marshalling. No run at solent uni.
10th RR10 Reacreation ground, Blackfield. 7.30pm.
17th Sprints and Jumps East park.
24th RR10 Manor Farm Country Park. 7.30pm
27th Asda Hills and west quay rd
A group will also meet at the Solent University as usual for a social run for those not taking part in the RR10.

Longer Runs (Sats)
6th Meet at the feather in woolston at 9am or Victoria country park by the duck pond at 09.30 . This is a lap run so you can repeat this as many times as you wish.
13th Warsash run, meet at shore Park rd car park. An out and back run.
20th Meet Luzborough Pub car park, N Baddesley 9.30am for run to Hursley.
Lunch afterwards at the pub.
27th Victoria country park by the duck pond for run to Hamble. 9.30

Mondays
6th Meet at Netto , West End.
13th No run today , Bank holiday.
20th Beginners course , Tauntons 6.30pm. Meet at Bellemoor, Hill Lane entrance at 5.30pm. (group 1) and 5.45pm. (group 2) for run beforehand. Attend which ever session you can manage.
27th Meet as 20th for run to sports centre hills.


Wednesdays
8th Fast back 30 mins, Southampton Common.
15th Asda hills + West Quay Rd for cool down.
22nd RR10 Royal Victoria Country Park ,Netley 7pm.
29th Sprints and circuits, East Park.

Saturday Hills Trails from Southampton Sports Centre 9am by the Sporting View.

Saturday longer runs
4th Meet at the Feather in Woolston 9am or Royal Victoria Country Park duckpond at 9.30am.
11th Riverside Park 9.10 am behind the social club or Swan Pub at Mansbridge 9.30 for run to Itchen valley CP.
18th Warsash run, meet at Swanick Shore Rd 9am.
25th No run, prep for London Marathon.

Hilly Trails

Hilly Trails meet at Southampton Sports Centre main entrance opposite the Sporting View

A mix of Hilly Trails which build in speed work
Unless its ridiculously wet we run on trails in Lordswood, but there are plenty of hills on nearby roads if we have to go onto more solid ground.
Meet at the Sporting View, Southampton Sports Centre, 9a.m. start.
